We hope that you love all of your pieces from Grayce's; however if something does not work we would love to offer you with a store credit!

Returns

All items must eligible for a return, meaning all tags are still attached, and no signs of wear. All sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for any return. You will have 14 days from the time you receive the item to return it back to us. Once your items are returned and in our hands we will then issue you a gift card! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We understand that sometimes items may not work for you. All returns are must be made within 14 days. We do not offer cash back, we do store credit on a gift card.
